The Kaufmann & Ladd designed CT-49 is a well-respected performance world cruiser.  This design has proven itself on ocean crossings as a dry, strong yacht with excellent seakeeping abilities.  WIND WALKER’s current owner sailed her from the USVI across the Atlantic and back!  The crew was kept safe and comfortable in very rough conditions. WIND WALKER displaces 29,395lbs with a 6 ft draft and 12,000lb ballast.  The Perkins 4-236 engine has less than 3,000 hours and is ready for more adventures!

WIND WALKER has been updated extensively by the current and previous owner.  The deck is covered in beautiful teak and the hull has blue Awlgrip paint.  The mast was restepped in 1995 and is in great condition.  Among other upgrades, she’s outfitted with a custom hard top enclosure that holds four 800 watt solar panels to keep the batteries charged and ready to go.
